We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that one of them spoke good English, which made communication much easier. The hotel facilities were clean and in good condition. We had no problems with our room, and the included breakfast was a nice buffet with a good choice of options. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to a street market.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a wonderful romantic escape! the spa was fantastic, with a selection of rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling truly pampered. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with luxurious linens and plush pillows. the staff were fantastic! They were always eager to help and offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location near the city center and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains from our window.
The room service menu was only available in Chinese, which made ordering a bit challenging. the lack of air conditioning in the summer months made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

the room was spacious, featuring exclusive amenities that met all our needs. the location was perfect, close to all the sights we wanted to visit.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited selection of western-style alcohol in the bar. the cappuccino was delicious, and the private facilities available more than made up for it.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient! It's right next to a Walmart, and there are some delicious local restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food, including an espresso machine. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
Communication with some of the staff was a bit challenging as English wasn't always spoken fluently. the lack of air conditioning in the hotel made the summer heat quite uncomfortable at times.
